Construction Foreman

Job Description:
Cenergy, LLC’s Construction Foreman will provide on-site coordination for all phases of the construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.  The Foreman shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Job Summary:
The Construction Foreman will oversee all phases of a construction project and report directly to the Construction Superintendent.
Responsibilities and Duties:
·         Responsible and accountable for the execution of all field operations required to successfully complete an assigned project on-time and within budget
·         Provide strong leadership to project team, including subcontractors, vendors, owners, etc.
·         Effectively communicate with Project Manager, and all other assigned team members
·         Monitor, manage and provide input to project execution schedules
·         Responsible for jobsite safety including subcontractor execution
·         Assist in training field personnel, answer questions, and provide hands on approach for teaching
·         Establish and monitor responsibilities to foremen and assigned crew members
·         Responsible for obtaining and submitting field generated documentation
·         Implement and enforce all Cenergy, LLC. policies and procedures
·         Responsible for managing all site material and equipment required for installation
·         Provide technical assistance to project team, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required
·         Responsible for preparing daily reports identifying activities completed or issues encountered.
Qualifications and Skills:
·         Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, may substitute years of experience.
·         3+ years’ experience in the Natural Gas Industry.
